Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Room
Location: Los Angeles County, CA
Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Job Summary:
Total Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Emergency Room (ER) at a healthcare facility located in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing emergency care to critically ill or injured patients and will be ready to work in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and monitor patients in critical and non-critical conditions.
• Collaborate with emergency room physicians and medical staff to create treatment plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, and IVs as needed.
• Stabilize patients in trauma situations, ensuring effective treatment of injuries and medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health systems (EHR).
• Provide compassionate care while educating patients and families on medical conditions and treatments.

Required Qualifications:

• Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of emergency room experience or related critical care nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and triage skills.

Pay Range:
 $85,000 – $150,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
