Temp-To-Perm – We understand your needs may fluctuate and offer a Temp-to-Perm option, which allows you to hire an Nursing temporary employee that you have utilized through Total Healthcare Staffing without a fee after they have completed a certain number of hours.

Payroll Service – If you find the perfect candidate on our own but have a hiring freeze, budget constraint or HR processing delay, we have the solution with our Payroll Service.
