Job Summary
Total Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities in Voorhees, NJ. We offer stable, well-paying opportunities in a supportive, professional work environment, focusing on career growth and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions.
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
3. Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders.
4. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members.
5. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management.

Required Qualifications
1. Active and valid RN license in New Jersey (or compact license).
2. Strong patient care and time management skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
