Job Summary:
Total Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for LTC settings in Westfield, NJ and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions.
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
3. Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members.
5. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management.

Required Qualifications:
1. Active and valid RN license in New Jersey or compact license.
2.. Strong patient care and time management skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
