Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Current LPN license in good standing in Florida
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- MMR Titer Results, Valid TB Test and Valid Physical
Full Job Description:
- Monitor all aspects of a patient’s care
- Consult and coordinate with health care team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and measure the patient’s condition
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
Work Settings: Long term care, Nursing home, Community center
This is NOT a Home Health position.
