YES… You can be very specific about your preferences in terms of locations, schedule and other details of your assignment.
For a start, we will require the following documentations: detailed Resume, RN license, BLS from the American Heart Association, 2 clinical references and other certificates required per your specialty such as PALS for an ER RN, ACLS for Telemetry and ICU nurses. You may also include your Medical Records if available (Physical exam taken within the last 12 months, TB test and/or Chest XRay and Immunization records).
The pay period runs from Sunday to Saturday with weekly direct deposits the following Friday.
Timesheets are due every Tuesday the latest at 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time
Paychecks for employees who do not sign up for direct deposit will be mailed to the home address on file. You can check your home address on THSone by selecting the personal information tab and then “View Home Address(es) and Phone(s).” If you need to update your home address, please email dwong@totalhealthcarestaffing.com and include your employee ID, updated address, and effective date of your address change.
It could take up to two pay periods for employees who sign up for direct deposit to receive their paycheck through direct deposit. After signing up for direct deposit, employees should always verify the available balance in their bank accounts before making any payments. Once your direct deposit is active, you will no longer receive a paper pay check stub. You will instead receive an email notification that a direct deposit has been processed for you, which will direct you to view and print your paystub information using THSone. For additional instructions please call your personal talent manager.
If for any reason you must be late or absent from your assignment, notify THS as soon as possible. This permits THS to meet our customer’s needs by sending a replacement.
If an accident occurs and you are injured while on the job, call your THS personal talent manager or safety coordinator immediately! You are employed by THS and covered by THS’s Workers’ Compensation Insurance. We must be notified immediately so that we can make sure you are given care and attention at the proper medical facility.
THS offices may offer a referral bonus for each qualified employee referred to THS. Contact your THS recruiter for more information about effective dates and conditions.
